GRAND RAPIDS - The Grand Rapids Rampage are teaming up once again with the U.S. Army to help promote physical fitness across West Michigan. Rampage quarterback Adrian McPherson (Bradenton, Fla.) and linebacker Michael McFadden (Saginaw, Mich.) will visit three local high schools - Central High School, Creston High School and Godfrey Lee High School - as part of the U.S. Army Be Strong for Life Tour.

The Arena Football League and the U.S. Army are putting on the Be Strong for Life Tour to spread the importance of physical, mental and emotional health to high school students across the United States. The tour has already visited schools in Atlanta, Philadelphia and Orlando.

McPherson and McFadden will participate in each high school's gym classes, running the students through various football drills. The students will also visit U.S. Army-run stations that involve relay races, exercise drills and a motivational speech.

The U.S. Army Be Strong for Life Tour begins at Central High School today (Oct. 16) and will continue tomorrow (Oct. 17) at Creston High School and Thursday (Oct. 18) at Godfrey Lee High School.
