Aiken Foxhounds News Release


The Aiken Foxhounds of Professional Baseball are proud to announce the promotion of Jason Rabun to the position of Director of Ticket Sales & Merchandise. Rabun had previously held the title of Account Executive with the Foxhounds during the 2007 Inaugural Season.

"We are excited to have Jason return for another season with the Foxhounds. Both the South Coast League and the Foxhounds have a goal of promoting within the organization and this exemplifies the perfect example of that. Jason is a person with a lot of enthusiasm and a great work ethic, which will definitely be an asset to our organization," said Foxhounds General Manager Bradley Bell.

Rabun, 23, spent last season with the Foxhounds and proved to be a key component to the organization during its Inaugural Season. Rabun oversaw the Foxhounds merchandise as well as wearing many other hats throughout the season. As Director of Ticket Sales & Merchandise, Rabun's main responsibilities will focus on overseeing the ticket and merchandise sales efforts.

"I am excited to take this new position and look forward to making this a successful year for both the Foxhounds and the South Coast League," said Rabun.

Rabun is a December 2006 graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in sports. He also minored in Sports Management. While attending the University of South Carolina he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity and served as their Vice President. Rabun is currently residing in Aiken, South Carolina where he was also raised. He has a varsity letter in both baseball and football at South Aiken High School.
