QMJHL welcomes new director of media relations

BOUCHERVILLE, Monday, May 30th, 2005 (QMJHL) â The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League has welcomed, today, a new member to its administrative staff. Mr. Karl Jahnke will fill the role of Director of media relations.
A graduate of Concordia's sports administration diploma, Mr. Jahnke completed his thesis "The effects of salary arbitration on the changing economic landscape of the NHL" in 2002. Then, his professional career started within the Central Registry department at the National Hockey League where he worked until 2004.
We bid him welcome and look forward to his ongoing success.
