March 23, 2011 - Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) News Release
BOUCHERVILLE, Wednesday March 23rd 2011 - The Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) men's hockey championship begins tomorrow in Fredericton New Brunswick. It should be noted that several Quebec Major Junior Hockey league esteemed alumni are among the players that make up the McGill Redmen and the St. Francis Xavier X-Men. McGill is ranked second in the Atlantic conference and is the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) champion while St. Francis is an Atlantic University Sport (AUS) finalist. We are proud of our former players' achievements in their university careers and congratulate them for their continued success.
