Premier Basketball League Announces Triple "S" Super Scouting Showcase

February 12, 2008 - Premier Basketball League (PBL) News Release


(Chicago, IL)...The Premier Basketball League is pleased to announce it will be holding the Triple "S" Super Scouting Showcase at the famed Attack Center in Chicago, Illinois. This unique opportunity for the PBL will take place the week of March 3rd with several companies sponsoring this PBL Showcase event.

All 10 PBL Teams will come to Chicago and compete in regular season games over the course of three days. These games will be selected from the regular season schedule to be played at this event.

It is a unique opportunity for every player in the PBL to showcase their talents in front of scouts, agents, team owners both nationally and internationally.

All games will be broadcast worldwide via the PBL Virtual Stadium. In addition the games will be televised throughout the U.S. on Fanz-TV www.fanztvnetwork.com.

"What is unique about this showcase is it provides scouts and agents the opportunity to see players in game situations that matter. All games played will count in the overall league standings," said PBL President and Chief Executive Officer Thomas Doyle.

Dr. Severko Hrywnak, the PBL Chairman of the Board added, "The interest we received from participating sponsors has been significant. The PBL wanted to take this opportunity to showcase PBL players on a world stage."
