
Predators to Play Five Games on National Television in 2013

Orlando - The Arena Football League and CBS Sports Network announced the broadcast schedule for "Net10 Wireless Arena Football Saturday" for the 2013 season. As part of the network's 19-game slate, the two time ArenaBowl champions will make five appearances on national television, including four road games and one home match-up.
The team will make it first appearance on CBS Sports Network in Week 9 when the Predators travel to Philadelphia to take on the Soul on May 18th at 7:00 p.m. EST. The next nationally televised match-up will be against the Tampa Bay Storm when the Predators travel down the I-4 corridor on June 8th for a 7:30 p.m. EST kickoff. Then on June 9th, the Predators will travel to take on another in-state rival, the Jacksonville Sharks at 7:00 p.m. EST for their third nationally televised game. The following week CBS Sports Network will be in Orlando on July 6th, when the team hosts the Arizona Rattlers at the Amway Center, kickoff slated for 7:30 p.m. EST. The Predators will make their final nationally televised appearance on July 20th against the Cleveland Gladiators, in Cleveland, at 7:00 p.m. EST.

The 2013 season is CBS Sports Network's first as the national television partner of the AFL. Orlando's Arena Football League franchise since 1991, the Orlando Predators are heading into their 22nd year in the AFL. In that time, the Predators have advanced to the AFL playoffs a league leading 19 times and advanced to the ArenaBowl seven times winning the championship in 1998 and 2000.
