ORLANDO - The Orlando Predators have agreed to terms with veteran defensive lineman Darryl Cato-Bishop, the franchise has announced. Cato-Bishop enters his third year in the Arena Football League after spending his first two seasons with the LA KISS.

"Darryl is a hard-working player who gives great effort on every snap," said Head Coach Rob Keefe. "He adds a good combination of speed and power and is relentless in his pursuit of the quarterback. Now having two seasons under his belt to learn the game, he's poised to have a breakout season as an Orlando Predator."

Over his first two seasons in the AFL, Cato-Bishop (6-4, 265, North Carolina State) played in 23 contests and registered 28 total tackles with five sacks, six stops for loss, 16 quarterback hurries, three pass breakups, one fumble recovery, one blocked kick, and one safety.

A native of Roxbury, Massachusetts, Cato-Bishop played college football at North Carolina State. He played in 48 games with 29 starts for the Wolfpack, posting 99 total tackles with 11 sacks, 20.5 stops for loss, 38 quarterback hurries, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, two pass breakups, and one interception.
