PGCBL Playoff Format:
Seven of the league's thirteen teams qualified for the PGCBL Playoffs, which begin today, Wednesday, August 1st.
PGCBL Quarter-Finals (1 Game): Wednesday, August 1st
Albany Dutchmen (26-17) @ Amsterdam Mohawks (29-17) 6:45pm
Elmira Pioneers (21-26) @ Geneva Red Wings (23-24) 7:05pm
Watertown Rapids (26-21) @ Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs (26-19) 7:05pm
First Round Buy: Jamestown Jammers (31-14)
One game playoff. Jamestown received a first round bye with the league's best overall winning percentage. Each team will play their corresponding Divisional opponent, with the better seed playing at home.
PGCBL Semi-Finals (Best of 3 Games)
The remaining four teams are seeded based on win percentage. #1 seed vs #4 seed and #2 seed vs #3 seed. The better seed will host games one and three (if necessary) of the series.
If the Dutchmen win at Amsterdam tonight (8/1), they win play at HOME on Thursday, August 2nd and Saturday, August 4th (if necessary)
PGCBL Championship (Best of 3 Games)
The highest remaining seed will host games one and three (if necessary) of the series.
TICKETS
If the Dutchmen defeat Amsterdam in the PGCBL Quarter-Finals, they will return home for the PGCBL Semi-Finals on Thursday August 2nd at 5:05pm & Saturday August 4th at 5:05pm (if necessary)
