LOS ANGELES - In Week 13 of the 2021 USL Championship campaign, LA Galaxy II fell 5-0 on the road to Phoenix Rising FC at Phoenix Rising FC Soccer Complex at Wild Horse Pass on Saturday night.

Goal-Scoring Plays

PHX - James Musa (Joseph Farrell, Aodhan Quinn), 33rd minute: Quinn lined up a corner kick from the right that went to the back post where Joe Farrell headed back across goal for James Musa to head home into the right corner of the net.

PHX - Solomon Asante (Rufat Dadashov), 40th minute: Dadashov gained possession and moved into the left side of the penalty area to deliver a low cross to the back post where Asante was on hand to tap home.

PHX - Rufat Dadashov (Soloman Asante), 45th minute: A failed clearance in the box fell to Asante, who centered for Dadashov for a first-time finish.

PHX - David Egbo (Soloman Asante), 78th minute: Asante was played into space down the right flank and delivered a pin-point cross to the top of the six-yard area where David Egbo was on hand to head in.

PHX: David Egbo (Soloman Asante), 90th minute: Egbo latched onto a long pass, took a big touch around Eric López and finished into the empty net.

Notes

Following the loss, LA Galaxy II are 3-7-3 in 13 USL Championship regular-season matches played in 2021.

Galaxy II are 2-4-0 in six road contests played during the 2021 campaign.

Carlos Harvey led the team with six tackles and two shots taken in the match against Phoenix.

Jesús Vázquez finished the match with a game-high eight clearances.
