
PHL Top Prospects Tournament Begins Today

TOPEKA, KAN. - The three-day North American Prospects Hockey League (PHL) Top Prospects Tournament, which features the best players in the 18U division, will get underway today at the Kansas Expocentre in Topeka, Kan.
At the tournament, the four participating teams - Team Black, Team Green, Team Red and Team White - will play a three-game round robin. The two teams with the most points at the conclusion of the round robin will play in the championship game on Sunday; the other two teams will play a consolation game.
The tournament will be played in conjunction with the North American Hockey League's (NAHL) Robertson Cup Championship Tournament, which will run through Saturday at the Kansas Expocentre and crown the NAHL's playoff champion and USA Hockey's Tier II Junior A national champion.
