July 3, 2008 - Arena Football League (1987-2008) (AFL I)
Philadelphia Soul News Release

WHAT'S UP TODAY The Soul players saw a change of scenery for practice today as they practiced outside at Eastern High School. It was their last full practice before Saturday's game so they did not wear pads. A number of media showed up to the practice and even a local baseball team decided to spend their time watching the Soul practice rather than practice themselves. After practice the players took some time to eat pizza and sign apparel.

HE SAID IT Coach Munsey asked about the bye week and if it will affect his team in a negative way: "You hope not, we've had a bye week during the season and we came back and played well. The playoffs are a different tempo, they're a different speed out there and we hope to come out and play well right off the get go. That's one thing they've (New York) got up on us is that they've played a playoff game already. If you get the right locker room, the right pros, they'll come out ready to play."
