GEORGE W. BUSH TO DROP OPENING PUCK ON WEDNESDAY

No matter what happens in the Presidential Election, George W. Bush will be dropping the ceremonial opening puck prior to this Wednesday's game between the Phantoms and Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. Bush, a client training manager for Star Systems Inc., will actually be making his third appearance at a Phantoms game. The native of Boothwyn, Pa. previously dropped the opening puck at the team's Presidents' Day Games during the 2000-01 and 2001-02 seasons.

BANNER RAISING & FIREWORKS SET FOR FRIDAY

The Phantoms will be celebrating their 2003-04 East Division title during their game against the rival Hershey Bears on Friday. Prior to face-off, the Phantoms will raise their East Division Championship banner high into the rafters of the Wachovia Spectrum. Last season's division title was Philadelphia's fourth in its eight years in the AHL. Following the game, the Phantoms will be holding their first-ever fireworks show outside the Wachovia Spectrum. Fans are encouraged to congregate on the Broad Street side of the building to watch the show.

VOCE TO RECEIVE PLAYER OF THE MONTH AWARD ON SUNDAY

Phantoms left wing Tony Voce was named the Toyota Phantoms Player of the Month for October, and will be presented with the award prior to Sunday evening's game against the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks at the Wachovia Spectrum. Voce ended the month with the team lead in goals (4) and was tied with Patrick Sharp for the overall lead in scoring with six points.

SHARP ON "INSIDE THE PHANTOMS"

The next edition of "Inside the Phantoms" will be on Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 4:30 p.m. Hosted by David Unkle, the show features a player interview, news on the team and ticket giveaways every other Tuesday throughout the season on WNJC (1360 AM). This week's guest will be center Patrick Sharp.

PHANTOMS POSTGAME SHOW CONTINUES WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY Can't get enough Phantoms action? Then stick around for The Phantoms Postgame Show at Bullies Sports Bar & Restaurant on Wednesday. Hosted by David Unkle of the Topcat Sports Show on WNJC 1360-AM, the Phantoms Postgame Show lets you get up close and personal with your favorite Phantoms player following 25 games throughout the season. The guest on Wednesday will be center R.J. Umberger and Sunday's guest will be Eric Meloche. All Phantoms Postgame Shows can also be found on www.phantomshockey.com.

SHARP ON "RUMBLE WITH THE PHANTOMS"

Patrick Sharp will be the guest on the Phantoms' weekly radio show, "Rumble with the Phantoms," this Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. Hosted by Tom Shaw, the show features a player interview, news on the team and ticket giveaways every Wednesday on WNJC (1360 AM).

FIRST CHALK TALK ON SUNDAY

The first Season Ticket Holder Chalk Talk will take place this Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Bullies Sports Bar & Restaurant inside the Wachovia Spectrum. Phantoms head coach John Stevens will be conducting the first Chalk Talk of the season.

CONGRATULATIONS JOEY!

The Phantoms would like to congratulate defenseman Joey Hope and his girlfriend Chellsee Koko on the birth of their son Jaden on Oct. 31. Jaden is listed on the roster at eight pounds, four ounces and 21 ½ inches.

PHANTOMS CONTINUE "CAPTAIN'S CLUB" PROGRAM

The Phantoms are proud to announce the return of the team's "Captain's Club" program. The idea of the "Captain's Club" is for area businesses and organizations to donate Phantoms season tickets to the charity of their choice so less-fortunate children in the Delaware Valley can also share in the experience of a Phantoms game.

The newest "Captain's Club" member is Philandra Consulting, LLC, a Fort Washington, Pa. based company which has been providing telecommunications and information technology (IT) solutions to address clients' critical business needs for over 30 years. Philandra Consulting donated a "Captain's Club" package to St. Mary's Villa for Children & Families in Ambler, Pa. and Glenside Elementary School in the Cheltenham (Pa.) School District.

FLYERS SKATE ZONE IN ATLANTIC CITY CELEBRATES FIFTH ANNIVERSARY
