Phantoms Announce Road Exhibition Games

PHILADELPHIA, PA - The Philadelphia Phantoms today announced the addition of three road games to the team's preseason schedule. The away contests join up with the two Philadelphia-area games that were announced last week.
The first away matchup is against the Lowell Devils on Tuesday, September 23. It will be played at 4:00 at AmeriHealth Pavilion at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, home of the New Jersey Devils.
One week before the regular season begins, the Phantoms will travel to Norfolk, VA, for a pair of rehearsals with the Norfolk Admirals. The teams will hit the ice at Norfolk Scope on consecutive nights - Friday, Oct. 3 and Saturday, Oct. 4. Both games start at 7:15 PM.
The three road games join two previously-announced games in the Philadelphia area - a 1:30 PM start on Monday, Sept. 22 against Lowell at The Virtua Center Flyers Skate Zone at Voorhees, and a 6:05 contest against Norfolk on Saturday, Sept. 27 at the Polonia Bank Flyers Skate Zone in Northeast Philadelphia.
Tickets for both of Philadelphia's home games are $10 and are now available at the respective Skate Zone exhibition locations. Tickets will also be available at the door.
The Phantoms will begin their final regular season at the Wachovia Spectrum on Friday, Oct. 10 against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Season tickets and game plans are now available.
