
PGCBL Sets Attendance Record
August 6, 2012 - Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL) News Release
The Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League is proud to announce that it has set a new league wide regular season attendance record. This year, some of the best college baseball players in the country were watched by 220,042 fans.
"Our teams have worked hard to make sure fans have a great time at the ballpark. Quality baseball, quality promotions and affordable family entertainment meant a 30% increase in attendance. PGCBL games are the place to be on a summer night.", stated league president Jeff Kunion.
The PGCBL championship series begins tomorrow night, with the winner of tonight's game between the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs and the nationally ranked Amsterdam Mohawks, facing the Glens Falls Golden Eagles.
