Penn FC Signs Aaron Dennis

Harrisburg, PA - Penn FC announced the signing of Aaron Dennis on Tuesday, making him the first forward to join the team in 2018. Dennis will continue his professional soccer career with the Central PA club, pending USL and USSF approval.

Dennis joins Penn FC with previous professional soccer experience. Most recently, he played with Miami FC of the NASL, where he made 9 appearances and recorded 204 minutes. Dennis notched his only goal with Miami in their 4-0 victory against Minnesota United FC.

Prior to playing with Miami FC, Dennis spent a season with Arizona United SC (currently Phoenix Rising) of the USL. With Arizona, Dennis played for 357 minutes in 6 appearances and had a great impact on the pitch. Dennis was named USL Man of the Match against the Orange County Blues and scored his first professional goal after subbing in to secure a 2-0 win over the Vancouver Whitecaps FC II.

Dennis comes to Harrisburg with PA connections after playing four years of collegiate soccer at Villanova University (2011-2014). The standout forward was a key player for the Wildcats, scoring four game winning goals in his freshman season, including the game winner against Notre Dame in the Big East playoffs. The victory earned Villanova its first post-season win. Dennis received All-Big East Second Team honors in his senior year and was named Big East Player of the Week during the season.

Dennis will join Penn FC in its inaugural season. The current roster is as follows:
