Parsippany PAL to host Newark Express try-out

Newark, NJ - The ABA Newark Express Professional Basketball Team will hold an open tryout on Saturday, June 9th, for the 2007-2008 season at the Parsippany Troy-Hills PAL. "The Newark Express is proud to call the Parsippany PAL a partner," stated co-owner Marsha Blount.
The Parsippany PAL offers "All Sorts of Sports," Kid Safe, Karate, Fall Football, Cheerleading, Yoga-Pilates for adults, Kids Wrestling, Computer classes and Adults & Kids Basketball Clinics. For those interested, they also offer Ping Pong Thursdays and Basketball Open Gym, most afternoons and weekends.
Co-owner and GM Jacqueline Halyard stated, "the Parsippany PAL is a centerpiece in the Community, and partnering with them was vital to our organization. Prospective participants should prepare themselves for a tremendous workout. We have a goal for the upcoming season, and we're looking for players who can perform both on and off the court. It's important for us to become a part of the Community in which we play".
On June 9th, at the Parsippany PAL located at 33 Baldwin Road, Parsippany NJ, we will choose several players from this try-out, to participate in several tournaments, benefit and charity events during the summer. We feel this will be a good way to evaluate each potential training camp invitee. Registration will begin promptly at 11am, and no one will be allowed into the try-out after 11:45am. The registration fee is $150.00, and will only be accepted by money order. On-site registration fee must me paid in cash. Space is limited, so register early.
