The Panther City Lacrosse Club (3-3) will head out west to battle the Vancouver Warriors (1-5) on Saturday, January 28 at 9:00 p.m. CT. The game is set to be broadcast on KTXA 21 and streamed everywhere on ESPN+ with Jake Elliott (PxP), Brad Challoner (Analyst) and Shantelle Chand (Floor Reporter) on the call from Rogers Arena.

Panther City is coming off of a bye week, but in their most recent game action came from behind to defeat Philadelphia, 12-10, on January 14 in Philadelphia. Will Malcom is coming off his second seven-point performance (4G/3A) in '22-'23, as he netted the game-winner in Philly with 48 seconds remaining in the game. Malcom is Panther City's leading scorer thru six games with 31 points (13G/18A). Rookie Jonathan Donville continues to impress and leads all rookies in scoring with 23 points (5G/18A) and his 18 assists are tied for the team lead with Malcom. 17-year veteran Callum Crawford is also set to make his Panther City Lacrosse Club debut after being acquired by the club from the New York Riptide on January 18, 2023.

Second-year transition player Josh Medeiros is off to a strong start to his season as he has recorded eight points (5G/3A), 32 loose balls, two caused turnovers and three blocked shots. Medeiros was one of the league leaders in shots blocked last season and his five goals in transition paces him to quickly surpass his totals from last year as he recorded eight goals in 16 games.

In net, Nick Damude has impressed in his second season with Panther City. He currently is fourth in the NLL with a 9.83 GAA and fifth in the league with 185 saves made. Damude currently is the league leader for fewest goals allowed in a single game in 2022-23 as Las Vegas was limited to three goals on 12/16.

For Vancouver, they are led offensively by the duo of Mitch Jones (34 points - 10G/24A) & Keegan Bal (33 points - 16G/17A). Reid Bowering continues to set the standard between the lines as he is tied for the league-lead with 84 loose balls and has also recorded six caused turnovers.
