
Panther City Lacrosse Club Plays Inaugural Home Game vs Vancouver Warriors

The Panther City Lacrosse Club (0-1) will battle the Vancouver Warriors (1-0) at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth on Friday, December 10, at 7:30 p.m. CT.
Patrick Dodds netted a team-high five points, including the rookie's first career goal, against the Philadelphia Wings in Panther City's 12-11 overtime loss in the franchise's first game. The club was led in scoring by veteran forward Ryan Benesch and Phil Caputo, who both found the back of the net twice, and the first five Panther City goals were scored by five different players (T. Cornwall, R. Benesch, L. Patten, N. Grenon, M. Triolo).
The Warriors were trailing San Diego at half in the NLL's first game of the season before rallying behind forward Mitch Jones, who notched five goals and added an assist, and goalie Alex Buque, who rejected 46 shots and finished with a .868 save percentage.
Friday's game will be Panther City's inaugural home game and will be the first ever NLL game in the state of Texas.
