Panther City Lacrosse Club Acquires Stephan Leblanc and 2024 Second Round Selection

Panther City Lacrosse Club News Release

Fort Worth, Texas - The Panther City Lacrosse Club has acquired forward Stephan Leblanc and a second-round selection in the 2024 NLL Entry Draft from the Halifax Thunderbirds, the team announced. In return the club has sent forward Dawson Theede to Halifax. Theede appeared in six games and totaled 13 points (7 goals & 6 assists) prior to being placed on the Hold Out List this season.

Leblanc is an 11-year NLL veteran who has amassed 833 career points (317 goals & 516 assists). The left-handed forward was originally drafted in the first round (11th overall) of the 2009 NLL Entry Draft by the Toronto Rock. In 2021-22, Leblanc has appeared in 10 games and totaled 34 points (8 goals & 26 assists).
