FORT WORTH, TX - The Panther City Lacrosse Club has acquired right-handed forward Randy Staats from the Georgia Swarm in exchange for the club's first-round pick in the 2024 NLL Draft, a second-round pick in the 2023 NLL Draft and a conditional third-round pick in the 2022 NLL Draft, the team announced today.

"When Randy Staats is on the field, opposing defenses must always know where he is and we cannot wait to add his offensive firepower to our team, Panther City General Manager, Bob Hamley said. "He has consistently been among the highest scoring players in our league and he has an uncanny ability to find the back of the net. What we truly appreciate most about him is how he rallies his teammates around him and finds ways to make everyone around him elevate their game to a new level."
