The 23-year-old defender made his professional indoor debut in Cleveland on October 23, and then bagged his first point with a restart goal versus Baltimore on November 6. The Syracuse University graduate finished the regular season with seven points on three goals and four assists and ranked third on the roster with 28 blocks. Fehrle, who also competed professionally with the Syracuse Salty Dogs of the outdoor A-League in 2004, received First Team All-League recognition three times and Parade Magazine's All-American honors twice during his collegiate career.

Last week, the MISL announced that three members of Philadelphia KiXX were voted to the All-MISL First Team; player/coach Don D'Ambra nabbed his second All-League selection, while Philadelphia native Pat Morris pulled in his fourth such honor and all-star goalkeeper Peter Pappas received his seventh.
