OurSports Central Names UFL Players of the Week

Florida Tuskers quarterback Chris Greisen, Florida defensive back Keiwan Ratliff and Sacramento Mountain Lions kicker Fabrizio Scaccia were named the OurSports Central United Football League Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week, respectively, for week eight of the UFL season.

Greisen completed 23 of 31 throws for 215 yards, two touchdowns, one interception and added four rushes for 25 yards in the Tuskers' 31-14 victory over the Omaha Nighthawks. Greisen played three seasons in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals from 1991 to 2001 and one season in NFL Europe with the Rhein Fire in 2003. He also played for the af2 Green Bay Blizzard in 2004 and battled in the Arena Football League with the Dallas Desperados, Georgia Force and Milwaukee Iron from 2005 to 2010.

Ratliff finished with six tackles, one pass breakup and one interception returned 29 yards for a touchdown in the Tuskers' victory over the Nighthawks. Ratliff played six seasons in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers from 2004 to 2009.

Scaccia made all three of his extra points, both field goal attempts on tries of 45 and 43 yards and had three touchbacks on kickoffs in the Mountain Lions' 27-24 victory over the Las Vegas Locomotives. Scaccia played with the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League this past season.
