OurSports Central Names UFL Players of the Week

Omaha Nighthawks wide receiver Robert Ferguson, Las Vegas Locomotives safety Lewis Baker and Las Vegas kicker Steven Hauschka were named the OurSports Central United Football League Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week, respectively, for week five of the UFL season.
Ferguson grabbed six receptions for 88 yards in the Nighthawks' 19-14 victory over the Hartford Colonials. Ferguson played in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings from 2001 to 2008.
Baker finished with 1.5 total tackles, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one interception in the Locomotives' 26-3 victory over the Sacramento Mountain Lions. Baker played college football at Oklahoma and spent some time on the CFL Hamilton Tiger-Cats practice roster last season.
Hauschka was 2-2 on extra points, 4-5 on field goals (47, 44, 34 and 36 yards), tying a UFL record, and recorded three touchbacks on kickoffs in the Locomotives' victory over the Mountain Lions. Hauschka played in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens in 2008 and 2009.
