Ottawa, Atlanta Contest to Resume on August 7

OTTAWA - The postponed contest between ATL UTD 2 and Ottawa Fury FC that was abandoned in the 44th minute on the night of June 17 will resume on Tuesday, August 7 at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in Kennesaw, GA, at 6 p.m. ET, the league announced Thursday.
The game will resume in the 44th minute with the game tied 1-1. Both teams will be permitted to make a maximum of six changes to their lineup prior to the resumption of the contest, while also retaining three substitutions.
In the original matchup, Kevin Oliveira had leveled the score in the 10th minute after Atlanta had gone up on a lucky deflection in the third minute of play. Fury FC will get to show their new form and resolve in the remainder of the contest that will be streamed and available to Fury fans on OttawaFuryFC.com/Fury-Live.
But first, Ottawa Fury FC have to take care of business as they host long-time rivals Tampa Bay Rowdies this Friday, August 3 at TD Place (KO 7pm). Tickets for this match, as well as all remaining 2018 home games, are available on OttawaFuryFC.com/tickets.
