LAST NIGHT'S LOSS: Omaha suffered their fourth loss in the last six games at Raley Field, as a fifth inning rally ended a 19-inning scoreless streak for Omaha pitchers with a three-run sixth inning. Aaron Brooks did not allow an earned run in 5.2 innings (improving his ERA to 2.79, best among Omaha starters), but suffered the loss after he had won five consecutive starts.

ORLANDO ROAD STREAK: Paulo Orlando has hit safely in 33 straight road games, and is the only player in Triple-A Baseball to hit safely in all of his team's road games this season. It is the longest road hitting streak since the league began recording streaks in 2009. Orlando has extended the streak with 10 straight one-hit games (24 of the 33 games in the streak are one-hit games). He owns the best road average on the Storm Chasers at .349 (45-for-129), second most road XBH at 13 (Matt Fields has 14) and second most road RBI at 17 (Carlos Peguero has 21).

STINGY STAFF: The Chasers have not allowed an earned run in their last 22.1 innings dating back to Bruce Chen in the 4th inning of the June 8 loss to Oklahoma City. Omaha relievers have allowed no runs in their last 18.2 innings dating back to June 7 (Omaha relievers have allowed 7 ER in 34.1 IP in June), while the starting staff has allowed 12 runs in the last four games.

BASE CHASERS : The Storm Chasers lead the PCL with 62 stolen bases on the season (one of only two Triple-A teams with 60+ steals, Toledo has 68). Omaha has three players with 10 or more steals with team leader Paulo Orlando at 15 and Jimmy Paredes and Christian Colon at 10 (both who reached that mark last night), the only team in the PCL with three double-digit base stealers. Omaha has not led the PCL in steals since 2002, and since the start of the 2011 season only Oklahoma City has more steals (474) than Omaha (463) in the PCL.

LITTLE LAMB ALLOWS: California native John Lamb has allowed four total runs in his last four starts (22.0 innings, 1.64 ERA), and has seen his ERA drop more a full run during that span from 4.97 to 3.82. Lamb allowed four or more runs in four of his first seven starts in 2014.

THAT'S OFFENSIVE: The Omaha offense has been held to three or less runs in four straight games. It is only the second time this season they have not scored more than three in a four-game span, the other being April 26 through May 1 (Game 1) at New Orleans and Iowa.

NO ROUND-TRIPPERS: Omaha has not allowed a homer in four straight road games (only one game in last ten). It is the second longest homerless streak of the season on the road.

WINS AT RALEY FIELD: With a win in any of the last two games of the series, Omaha would have multiple wins at Sacramento for the fourth time (2010: 3-1, 2003: 2-2, 2002, 2-2).
