
OHL Announces Disciplinary Action
March 25, 2016 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL) News Release
The Ontario Hockey League today announced the results of a review of an incident which took place in a playoff game played in Kitchener on the 24th of March, 2016 involving the Rangers and the visiting Windsor Spitfires Hockey Club.
The incident reviewed was a slew foot match penalty assessed to player Brendan Lemieux of the Windsor Spitfires Hockey Club.
Based on such review, it is the position of the League that player Brendan Lemieux shall be suspended for two (2) games effective immediately.
