(STATE COLLEGE, Pa.) - Fans can still make their plans to head to Medlar Field at Lubrano Park tonight for the 2018 New York-Penn League All-Star Game presented by the Central PA Convention & Visitors Bureau, with the game on as scheduled and a slightly changed pre-game itinerary.

Due to rain showers in the State College area, the Celebrity Softball Game slated for 5 p.m. has been canceled. However, fans will still be able to meet several of the celebrity participants, including Ki-Jana Carter and Blair Thomas, as they will sign autographs on the concourse from 5-6 p.m.

In addition, batting practice on the field for both the North and South squads will no longer take place.

Gates will still open at 3 p.m., and both teams will still be signing autographs for fans. The North All-Stars will sign from 3-3:50 p.m., with the South signing from 4-4:50 p.m.

All other activities are on as scheduled, including the Mystery Autographed Ball Auction, which, along with Spikes 50/50 Raffle for the night, will benefit the New York-Penn League Charitable Foundation. Fans can also enter to win a Myrtle Beach Trip Giveaway, and one lucky fan 18 and over will win a vacation getaway to beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, presented by VisitMyrtleBeach.com.

In addition, it is a $2 Walking Taco Tuesday, presented by B94.5, with Walking Tacos available for just $2 apiece at designated ballpark locations all night long.

The NYPL Hall of Fame Class of 2018 induction ceremonies will also take place on the field at 6:30 p.m.

The schedule of activities then comes to the centerpiece, the 2018 New York-Penn League All-Star Game presented by the Central PA Convention & Visitors Bureau. Players from the North and South All-Stars will be introduced to the crowd before the game, and the first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.

After the game, the skies will light up with a Spike-tacular All-Star FIREWORKS show, presented by the Central PA Convention & Visitors Bureau.
