
NWSL Issues Fine to Angel City FC for Violation of League Rule and Directive

CHICAGO - The National Women's Soccer League announced today it has issued Angel City Football Club a fine for announcing the signing of a player prior to the full execution of the player's agreement, violating Section 17.2.1 "News Releases" of the League Operations Manual, and for ignoring a league directive regarding the announcement.
