
NWSL Disciplinary Committee Issues One-Game Suspension to Racing Louisville FC Forward Uchenna Kanu

NEW YORK - The National Women's Soccer League's Disciplinary Committee has made the following decision regarding an incident involving Racing Louisville FC forward Uchenna Kanu that occurred in the 99th minute of the team's September 30 match against the Chicago Red Stars.
After review of the incident, the Disciplinary Committee found Kanu's conduct to be in violation of Section 12.4.6, "Major Game Misconduct", of the League Operations Manual.
As a result, a one-game suspension has been issued to Kanu, which will be served during the club's next match on Friday, October 6.
