Nords End Regular Season with Overtime Win

The Nords regular season came to a close on May 8th against The Hat Tricks following a win last night. The Nordiques also had a debut from Gus Holt and 18U captain Miles harrington.

The Nords got off to another quick start as Shaun McEwen would get his first goal in the NAHL and get the scoring going for the Nords. 1-0 after first Period.

The Nords would then get a goal off the rush from Iggy Belov to make it 2-0. The Hat Tricks would respond with a goal late in the 2nd period to make it a 1 goal game.

The 3rd period started with some good back and forth action but The Hat Tricks would tie it with a power play goal late in the 3rd period. The Nords would need an extra frame to win it.

Overtime we went and with 43 seconds left, Kadsen Johnson flung it down the ice to Stefan Owens who connected with the streaking Cannon Green for the OT Win!
