
Nighthawks Road Game Vs. Prowlers Moved to Saturday Night

Norfolk, VA (April 10, 2002) - The Norfolk Nighthawks have announced a change in their 2002 af2 schedule.
The Nighthawks will travel to Greensboro, NC to face the Prowlers on Saturday, July 6th at 7:30pm. The game was originally to be played that Sunday, but the arena became available for the game to played on a regular arena football night, Saturday.
Greensboro defeated the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers in their first game 42-28 and became (1-0) in the 2002 season. The Nighthawks are (0-2) lifetime at the Greensboro Coliseum, but (2-2) against the Prowlers overall with two home victories.
All Nighthawks away games can be heard live on WTJZ 1270AM with veteran play-by-play man Andy Mashaw and rookie color analyst Mike McCaffrey. All broadcasts begin fifteen minutes prior to kickoff with the ACS Systems and Engineering pre-game show.
