A number of division games and some new teams ready to make an impact ... here's week number four in the National Indoor Football League

The defending champion Tri-Cities Fever are led by running back and double threat Paris Moore and are 1-0 on the new season. The Fever play Friday night against the Wyoming Cavalry and quarterback Frank Borba, who connected on 16 passes with 5 different receivers last weekend. The Cavalry are 1-1 with the game scheduled for a 7pm Kick-Off at the Casper Events Center.

The Beaumont Drillers will be looking to avenge the opening game loss to the Katy Copperheads when the two get together again, this time at the Beaumont Ford Arena. Kick-Off is slated for7:05pm. Saturday night's Pacific South division contest is the second match-up in a month for the two Texas teams. The Driller's are led by last week's Pacific Division ‘Player of the Week', running back Roland Hayes. Katy comes in at 2-1. Beaumont is 1-1 on the new season.

Two NIFL expansion teams meet up on Saturday evening when the Charleston Sandsharks get into the NIFL waters to take on the Arkansas Stars in a 7pm game at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville. It's the Sandsharks first game, while the Stars head coach Ray House, says "it'll be just like us last weekend when we got our first look at NIFL style competition. Even though we fell short, (a last minute loss to the Beaumont Drillers) we can say we've been there, done that, at least once before." It's Charleston's NIFL debut, while the Stars are 0-1.

The Cincinnati Marshals look to rebound from last week's loss to the RiverCity Rage when they play at home this Saturday night in an Atlantic North division contest against the new look Dayton Bulldogs. The Marshals are 0-1 in 2006. This will be the first game for the Dayton team under new head coach Derrick Davidson. Kick-Off is on tap for 7:05pm. The two Ohio teams are separated by an hour's drive.

The expansion Tennessee Riversharks made a successful NIFL debut last weekend, winning at home against the Twin City Gators. Now it's time to take the show on the road as the Montgomery Maulers wait at the Garrett Coliseum. It's an Atlantic Conference game scheduled for a 7pm Saturday night Kick-Off. The Riversharks are 1-0 while the Maulers are 0-1 and look to even things up in front of a home crowd.

The defense of the Lakeland Thunderbolts (6 sacks in the win last week against Florida) will look to put the stop to the Greensboro Revolution on Saturday night when the two teams match up at the Greensboro Coliseum. Former NFL defensive back Tito Wooten now heads up the Revolution linebacker's corp. The Thunderbolts are off to a great start in NIFL 2006. The team is 2-0 on the season, while Greensboro looks to improve on a current record of 1-1. Game time is 7:30pm.

And finally, another Atlantic Conference game looks to be all defense on Saturday night when the Fayetteville Guard heads south to take on the Osceola Outlaws. Fayetteville (Atlantic East) is 1-0 on the season, the Outlaws (Atlantic South) come in at 2-0, and both teams are atop their respective divisions in the early stages of the 2006 season. The Outlaws have given up only 14 points in two games, while The Guard allowed only 7 in the win against Montgomery. Kick-off is 7pm at the Silver Spurs Arena.
