
NHL Network Will Televise Game Five Friday

PRINCETON, N.J. - NHL Network announced that it
will show Game 5 of the Kelly Cup Finals on Friday at 7 p.m. ET as well as
replaying it at 2 a.m. ET and 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.
The move is necessitated because of Game 7 in the Eastern Conference
Finals of the Stanley Cup Playoffs which will be played on Thursday.
Games 3 and 4 were aired live on Monday and Wednesday by NHL Network which has televised
the Kelly Cup Finals each of the past three seasons.
The Alaska Aces lead the Gwinnett Gladiators 3-1 with Game 5 scheduled for
7:35 p.m. ET on Thursday.
The games are being produced by the Alaska Aces and are also being
telecast live on GCI Channel 88 in Alaska with Jack Michaels calling the
play-by-play and John Carpenter doing the color commentary.
NHL Network has
broadcast the ECHL All-Star Game live each of the past four years and has
aired an "ECHL Game of the Week" each of the last two years.
NHL Network has
'round-the-clock' hockey programming, offering viewers the most complete
and in-depth hockey coverage including news, information and extended
highlights. NHL
Network programming includes NHL Classics, international hockey,
amateur hockey, player profiles, interview shows and youth-oriented
programs.
