NHL Central Scouting's Midterm Rankings Released
January 21, 2019 - Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) News Release
CALGARY, AB - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League today announced that 38 QMJHL players appear in the NHL's Central Scouting's Midterm Rankings ahead of the 2019 NHL Draft which will take place June 21st and 22nd in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Within the QMJHL representatives on the list are 22 forwards, 13 defencemen and three goaltenders. Ten of those players, including the top 5 skaters and top goaltender from the Q, will be competing in this week's Sherwin-Williams CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game in Red Deer, Alberta on Wednesday.
Five players have been added to the list since it was first published, back in November, when 33 QMJHL players were ranked ahead of the 2019 NHL Draft.
