ERIE'S CEDRIC JACKSON SIGNS 10-DAY CONTRACT WITH CLEVELAND CAVALIERS The Cleveland Cavs signed guard Cedric Jackson of the Erie BayHawks, making him ninth GATORADE Call-Up of the 2009-10 NBA D- League season. Jackson has appeared in 23 games for Erie this season (14 starts) and is averaging 14.7 points, 7.6 assists, 4.6 rebounds in 31.6 minutes. He has scored in double-figures 15 times and registered five double-doubles including season-highs in points (34) and assists (13).
PATTY MILLS RECALLED FROM IDAHO STAMPEDE The Portland Trail Blazers recalled guard Patty Mills from the NBA Development League's Idaho Stampede. In five games during two stints with the Stampede, Mills posted averages of 25.6 points (21-42 3-PT), 5.4 assists and 1.60 steals in 35.2 minutes.
