June 7, 2007 - American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release
Newark, NJ. The ABA Newark Express will host its 1st Annual 3-on-3 Adult Basketball Tournament. This annual one day event will take place at the Parsippany PAL, located at 33 Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ on Sunday, July 8th.
Registration is open to teams of 3 to 5 players, who must be on the roster at sign-in. There are 20 spots still available, and team registration will close once these slots are filled. We welcome teams from everywhere to come to New Jersey for the day and compete against the tri-states best individual players. The PAL in Parsippany has two regulation full courts which gives us the ability to run multiple games at a time.
Save the date and register NOW for Sunday, July 8th. Start times and team match-ups will be posted on our Website once registration closes. Tournament rules will be forwarded to all registered teams. Registration fee is $250.00 per team with the Express providing tournament shirts and the 1st Place CASH prize.

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
