New York Empire Boosts Sponsorship Roster for 2018 Season

NEW YORK - The New York Empire presented by Citi announced today a robust sponsor lineup for the upcoming World TeamTennis presented by GEICO season. The New York Empire begins play on Court 17 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Sunday, July 15 as John Isner takes the court against the Washington (D.C.) Kastles.

"We're thrilled to have such a healthy roster of sponsors, both new and renewed, joining us at Court 17 with the New York Empire this summer," said Michele Cope, General Manager of the New York Empire. "Our partners will treat their customers to a world-class tennis experience that includes luxurious hospitality accommodations as well as interaction with the entire team at our VIP receptions."

Citi returns as the presenting sponsor of the New York Empire and cardmembers will receive special perks throughout the season.

GEICO has re-signed at the Platinum level while Official sponsors returning for the 2018 season include Bloomberg, Deborah Slaner Larkin, NYU Langone Health and USTA Eastern. Empire BlueCross BlueShield and EY have joined the Empire at the Official level.

Numerous sponsors will enjoy hospitality throughout the seven New York Empire home matches including pre-match parties interacting with the players, coaches and team staff. Every home match will feature a question-and-answer session with the team.

New Gold-level sponsors include Brightstar Capital Partners, Franklin Templeton Investments/Fiduciary Trust Company International and Voss Water, while Celebrity Screens, SNY, Teneo and Tennis Magazine return at this level. Long Island/New York Tennis Magazine, NY Lifestyle Magazine/Blue Vista and USTA New England return at the Patron level.
