Winston-Salem Dash News Release

The Chicago White Sox have announced the following rosters move affecting the Winston-Salem Dash:

- LHP Sean Hagan promoted to Winston-Salem from Low-A Kannapolis

- RHP Brandon Hardin placed on seven-day disabled list (retroactive to 4/17)

A 31st-round pick from 2013, Hagan spent all of last season with short-season Great Falls, amassing a 6.19 earned run average in 17 relief efforts. He broke camp with Kannapolis and performed well in four outings. The St. John's product surrendered just two runs in seven and two-thirds innings against South Atlantic League hitters.

Hardin, who has been a strong arm in the Dash's bullpen over the last 12 months, has also made four appearances thus far this season. In three and a third innings, the Pinckneyville, Ill., native has given up just one run. Hardin's last outing was last Saturday at Wilmington.

Hagan's number will be assigned when he arrives in Winston-Salem.
