50/50 Raffles
Raise Money for Your Organization!
The New Bedford Bay Sox are teaming up with local organizations this summer with an idea that's guaranteed to be a home run.
Committed to do their part for the South Coast, the Bay Sox are providing an opportunity for the area's schools, civic organizations, teams, community groups, and charities to raise funds through their 50/50 community fundraiser. This is a great way for organizations to fundraiser, while sharing the love of baseball and community. Interested groups choose a home game in June or July as their community night. The Bay Sox will sell the group a prearranged number of tickets at a discounted price of $2.50 per ticket. Then, the organization sells the tickets at the $5 face value and keeps the $2.50 profit as their fundraiser. Depending on the number of tickets an organization sells, a group could add as much as $2,500 to their coffers! For more information contact Rita Hubner at rmhubner@nbbaysox.com.
