Cape Breton Highlanders Head Coach: Robert Spon Home arena: Centre 200 Highlandersbasketball.ca The Cape Breton Highlanders' playoff hopes are getting thinner than chicken broth, but the Sydney crew are not going down without a fight. Rick Bodiford (22.0 ppg) and Bruce Massey (21.5 ppg) lead the Highlanders in scoring, with veteran Cordell Jeanty leading the team in rebounds, with 7.0 boards per game.
Halifax Hurricanes Coach: Mike Leslie Home arena: Scotiabank Centre halifaxhurricanes.ca Halifax split two games this week with the St. John's Edge, and clinched their third consecutive postseason berth. Billy White pushed through a 23.0 ppg and 10.5 rpg average, with Antoine Mason adding a 20.0 ppg average.
Island Storm Head Coach: Tim Kendrick Home Venue: Eastlink Centre stormbasketball.ca The Island Storm did not play this week; their one game against the Saint John Riptide was rescheduled to March 27 due to snow.
KW Titans Head Coach: Cavell Johnson Home arena: Kitchener Memorial Auditorium kwtitans.com With a 111-106 loss to the Niagara River Lions on Friday afternoon, the Kitchener-Waterloo Titans were mathematically eliminated from the 2018 postseason. In the loss, Derek Hall finished with a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds, with Justin Hurtt and Tramar Sutherland adding 18 points each.
London Lightning Head Coach: Keith Vassell Home arena: Budweiser Gardens lightningbasketball.ca London picked up only one win in three road games this week, and are currently in a dogfight with St. John's and Halifax for the #1 overall seed. Royce White finished the week with 23.7 ppg and 8.7 rpg, while Ryan Anderson (20.7 ppg) and Doug Herring Jr. (20.0 ppg) also had good scoring weeks for the Bolts.
Moncton Magic Head Coach: Joe Salerno Home arena: Moncton Coliseum monctonmagic.ca The Moncton Magic are one win away from doing what the Moncton Miracles couldn't do in six seasons - finish the year with a guaranteed winning record. And a 135-105 win over Cape Breton this week helped their cause, with 30 points from Terry Thomas and 28 points from Corey Allmond. Thomas also had four steals in the game.
Niagara River Lions Head Coach: Joe Raso Home Arena: Meridian Centre riverlions.ca With a 111-106 win over Kitchener-Waterloo in front of almost 4,000 fans at the Meridian Centre, the Niagara River Lions punched their playoff ticket for the first time since 2016. The win this week was punctuated by 29 points - including 5-for-11 in 3-point range - from Kris Joseph; Guillaume Boucard added 19 points and 13 rebounds.
Saint John Riptide Head Coach: Nelson Terroba Home Venue: Harbour Station sjriptide.ca The Saint John Riptide added two more wins, pushing them closer to a playoff berth for the Port City crew. Malcolm Miller powered the Riptide with a team-high 18.0 ppg, with Jeremiah Mordi adding 17.0 ppg and 5.5 apg.
St. John's Edge Head Coach: Jeff Dunlap Home Arena: Mile One Stadium sjedge.ca The Edge played four games this week - two split against the Halifax Hurricanes, and two split against the London Lightning. In that run, Coron Williams powered through with 16.5 ppg, followed by Carl English, Alex Johnson and Charles Hinkle with 15.0 ppg apiece.

NBL CANADA ATLANTIC DIVISION PLAYER OF THE WEEK
The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Corey Allmond of the Moncton Magic has been named NBL Canada Atlantic Division Player of the Week for the week ending March 11, 2018. This is the second time that Allmond has received Player of the Week honours this season.
Allmond, a 6'2" guard who played collegiately at Sam Houston State, scored 28 points, including going 8-for-12 from three-point range, in Moncton's 135-105 victory over Cape Breton, securing the expansion franchise its first postseason berth.
"Corey has a regimented shooting schedule he goes through every game day," said Magic head coach Joe Salerno, "that's part of him being a true pro. Our job is to get him the ball for open shots. Corey's one of those special guys that when he gets in a zone, it doesn't matter where he is on the floor and who's guarding him."
NBL CANADA CENTRAL DIVISION PLAYER OF THE WEEK
The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Kris Joseph of the Niagara River Lions has been named NBL Canada Central Player of the Week for the week ending March 11, 2018.
Joseph, a 6'7" small forward who played collegiately at Syracuse University, scored 29 points, including going 5-for-11 from 3-point range, in Niagara's only game this week - a 111-106 school day win over Kitchener-Waterloo that secured the River Lions their first postseason berth since 2016.
"Kris has been a great addition to our team over the past few weeks," said River Lions head coach Joe Raso, "and has proven to be a strong leader on and off the court."
