NBA's MINOR LEAGUE ANNOUNCES SEVENTH CHARTER MEMBER
GREENVILLE, SC, MAY 31, 2001 - The BI-LO Center in Greenville, South Carolina will be home to the NBDL's seventh team, it was announced today by Rob Levine, the NBA's Senior Vice President, New League Development.
"The combination of a dynamic metropolitan area and one of the regions premiere facilities makes Greenville and the BI-LO Center a perfect choice for our latest team," said Levine.
"We are very excited to be working with two of the biggest sports and entertainment companies in the world, the NBA and SFX," said Ed Rubinstein, Executive Director, BI-LO Center. "We look forward to a long, prosperous relationship."
