NO SURPRISES: Columbus and Asheville, the top two seeds in the 2005 NBDL Championship Tournament presented by Delta Air Lines will advance to the tournament finals.

WHEN? Saturday, April 23, 7 p.m. EDT

WHERE? The Columbus Civic Center on the banks of the Chattahoochie River in Columbus, Ga.

HOW? By bringing your "A Game". The championship final is one-game, winner take all.

GAME OF CHAMPIONS: The title game features the regular season champions from this season (Columbus) and last (Asheville). Asheville also won the postseason crown in 2003-04.

LET ME IN: Tickets are available at the Columbus Civic Center box office, all Ticketmaster outlets including Publix Supermarkets in Columbus and by calling 1-800-4-NBA-TIX, 706-225-1112 or logging on to ticketmaster.com.

ALUMNI UPDATE...from Saturday in the NBA
· 9 former NBDL players and 3 former officials suited up for 7 NBA games.
· Bobby Simmons (Mobile) scored 21 and grabbed 6 rebounds in 38 minutes for the Clippers.
· James Thomas (Roanoke) was placed on the Atlanta injured list with back spasms.
