ALTITUDE TO HOST: With Saturday's 126-112 overtime victory over Huntsville, the Asheville Altitude clinched one of the two host sites for the semi-final round of the NBDL Delta Air Lines Postseason Classic. What remains to be seen is whether Coach Joey Meyer's club will be a #1 or #2 seed. That opening round game at the Asheville Civic Center will be April 17 at 7:15 p.m.
NOBODY IS DONE: With just eight games left on the NBDL schedule none of the six teams have been eliminated from the postseason. A Huntsville win at home over Columbus today would eliminate the Riverdragons.
62: In less than three full seasons 27 NBDL players have been called up to the NBA 38 times, but the whole story doesn't lie with just the players. Including players, coaches, referees, athletic trainers and front office personnel there have been 62 D-League alumni make the move to the next level under the NBA umbrella.
