SERIES INFO
- Florida at Albuquerque: T-Birds lead 3-1. First postseason appearance for both teams.
- Roanoke at Fort Worth: Flyers lead 3-2. Dazzle is 0-3 in postseason games. First appearance for Flyers.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? The winners of today's semi-final games meet next weekend at the arena of the highest remaining seed. Exact dates and times will be determined following today's action.

IT TAKES A TEAM: With Ime Udoka called up to the New York Knicks, the top-seeded Fort Worth Flyers come into today's semi-final game with no players in the league's top 10 in scoring or rebounding. Kelenna Azubuike leads the team and is 14th in the league in scoring at 12.6 ppg. Deji Akindele leads the team in rebounding with 4.8, 18th in the league.

ADJUSTING ON THE FLY(ERS): The Fort Worth Flyers have had more NBA assigned players than any team this season with seven, followed by Arkansas and Florida with five. Coach Sam Vincent's club goes into today's game with two NBA-assigned players, guard Von Wafer of the Lakers and center Pavel Podkolzin of the Mavericks.

THEY SAID IT: "Coach (Sam) Vincent does a good job of balancing it out between everybody and trying to win. Other teams are going through the same thing. I just think consistently, we've been the best team to adjust to this system. At this point, you kind of learn not to get attached to guys." ... Fort Worth guard Keith Langford told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram about dealing with roster fluctuation due to call-ups and NBA assignments.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Albuquerque coach Michael Cooper will be celebrating his 50th birthday today when his second-seeded Thunderbirds are host to the third-seeded Florida Flame.

ONLY TAKES A BUCK: Thanks to its partnership with Isleta Casino and Resort, Albuquerque is offering T-Bird fans who wear orange to the game admission for just $1.

ISIAH'S TEAM: With its top two scorers, guard Will Bynum and Anthony Grundy, now wearing NBA uniforms instead of Roanoke blue, the leadership role falls squarely to forward Isiah Victor, who is second in the league in both scoring (18.8 pg) and rebounding (8.0).

TRICKY TRENDS: Florida comes into today's semi-final round winning four of its last six games, but also having lost 13 of its last 18.
