WHO'S HOT? Albuquerque and Roanoke have both put themselves back into the thick of the postseason picture by winning four and three straight games, respectively.

WHO'S NOT? The Austin Toros have lost eight consecutive games to fall from possibly hosting a postseason game to possibly out of the picture.

FOR THE RECORD: Roanoke guard Anthony Grundy's 22 points against Austin on Saturday gave him the new D-League single season scoring record with 974 points. Grundy moved past Nate Johnson who scored 955 for Columbus in 2002-03. The record-breaker was a deep three-pointer in the first quarter.

FILLER ‘ER UP: Anthony Grundy, averaging 24.3 ppg over his last four games, isn't the only one filling it up of late. Alex Acker and Amir Johnson, both on assignment from the Pistons to Fayetteville, are averaging 22.8 and 21.8 points over their last four games. Arkansas' Clay Tucker is averaging 21.0 over his last three outings.

MAY I HELP YOU: Arkansas point guard Kareem Reid recorded a D-League single-game high for this season by dishing out 17 assists at Fort Worth on Saturday. Reid continues to lead the league in assists per game at 7.7.

HOT BOARDERS: Over the last four games Austin's Jamar Smith is averaging 12.8 rebounds. Also averaging double-digit boards over the last four games are Albuquerque's T.J. Cummings (10.5) and Roanoke's Isiah Victor (10.0).

THEY SAID IT: "We have some slack to take up ... there's a couple more shots going around." ... Roanoke forward Seth Doliboa told the Roanoke Times in reference to the GATORADE Call-Up of point guard Will Bynum to Golden State.
