
Murphy Serves Drinks For Cancer

[RIO RANCHO, N.M.]-Scorpions head coach Randy Murphy will turn in his whistle for and pick up a pint glass at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network's "Guest Bartender Night." Murphy will serve drinks on Saturday, May 10th at O'Niells Pub from 5-8 p.m. at the corner of Central and Washington in Albuquerque.
American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) is the nonprofit, nonpartisan sister advocacy organization of the American Cancer Society, which is dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. ACS CAN works to encourage lawmakers and candidates to support laws and policies that will make cancer a top national priority. Coach Murphy will gleefully serve you your favorite beverage during this great community event. All tips for his great service will benefit ACS CAN. Event goers are encouraged to bring their friends to make this a big "Fight Against Cancer."
The event will also feature a silent auction featuring memorabilia and gift certificates from businesses in the Albuquerque Metro Area. Attendees are asked to make a small $10 donation to attend the event.
