September 12, 2008 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Montreal Matrix News Release

Montreal, Canada. The ABA Montreal Matrix invites everyone to discover some of the new players of the team at the Downtown without my car day! This even will be held on Monday, September 22nd. Within the framework of this major event, Matrix players will offer spectacular demonstrations and contests of skill to spectators and visitors.

The Matrix will take part in the day downtown without my car! for a second year in a row. "It is our duty to get involved in the community and take part in the collective awakening concerning the environment," declared Tito Destin, team owner and President of the Matrix. "The social responsibility is one of the values which we convey, in addition to physical health and the team work. On September 22nd, we want to show the talent of the Matrix players, but we also wish to have privileged contact with the populations and particularly with the children."

The Montreal Matrix season 2008-2009 will begin in December and go into early March at different venues so that we can be closer to our fans. The amateurs of basketball are cordially invited to attend this first match and to discover a balanced and powerful team which will show the quality of play and the entertainment that make basketball one of the most exciting sports in the world.
