Kansas City Comets Signed defender Jake Dancy for the remainder of the 2003-04 season with an option to return next season.
Signed goalkeeper Sanaldo Freitas de Carvalho, "Sanaldo", for three seasons, and the remainder of the 2003-04 season.
Monterrey Fury Acquired the rights to midfielder Marco Coria from the Cleveland Force for the rights to forward Antonio Sutton.
Philadelphia KiXX Agreed to terms with forward Byron Carmichael acquired in the MISL Dispersal Draft, for the remainder of the 2003-04 season.
