
Minnesota United Loans Forward Cameron Dunbar to Orange County SC

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Minnesota United announced today that the club will loan forward Cameron Dunbar to Orange County SC of the USL Championship for the remainder of the 2023 season with the right to recall Dunbar at any time throughout the duration of the loan.
Dunbar joined the Loons in November of 2022 and has since then made three regular-season game appearances (one start) for MNUFC's first team in 2023. With MNUFC2 in 2023 MLS NEXT Pro contests, the forward has made nine starts and scored five goals during almost 800 minutes played, to-date. He notably scored the MLS NEXT Pro Goal of the Matchday for Matchday 2 at St. Louis CITY2 in April.
Prior to playing for MNUFC, Dunbar made 18 regular-season appearances, three starts, for the LA Galaxy first team during the 2020 and 2021 seasons. For LA Galaxy II, he made 33 appearances between 2020 and 2022, scoring 12 goals and providing three assists. A product of the LA Galaxy Academy, the forward signed with the LA Galaxy as a Homegrown Player contract in February of 2020. Internationally, he has represented the United States at the Under-17 level, making one appearance in 2018.
Transaction: Minnesota United loans forward Cameron Dunbar to Orange County SC of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship on a Loan Agreement for the remainder of the 2023 season. This agreement contains a right to recall the player at any time throughout the duration of the loan.
