
MillRats Elite 2015 Spring & Fall Programs Announced

(Saint John, NB): MillRats Elite Basketball is pleased two announce two dynamic training programs, spring & fall, for boys and girls ages 12-18 who are looking to get their game to the next level!
The Mill Rats have lined up an exciting coaching staff including 2014 NBL Canada League MVP Anthony Anderson, Mill Rat point guard & Toronto native Alex "Superman" Johnson, Mill Rats Assistant Coach Paul Vaughan, and NCAA Division 1 women's player Kaylee Kilpatrick, from Saint John and others.
SUPER SESSIONS:
The Spring Program super sessions will be held (2) times a week between April 26 - June 20 (eight weeks). They will be divided by boys & girls and ages as registrations numbers dictate. Players may sign up for the whole program or come as a drop in player per session.
Cost: $160 for two months ($80 per month) includes 16 sessions
$ 16 for numbered reversible MillRats Elite jersey
*no refunds for missed sessions
Or $12 per walk in practice session
The Fall Program super sessions will be the same setup but will run from September 1 - October 19.
HOW TO JOIN - ID CAMPS:
There will be two identification/open house camps for boys and girls each that are free to participate in (space is limited). One camp will be held at the Boys & Girls Club in Saint John and the second will be held in KV. Both will be the week of April 13-18 (dates TBA).
To join MillRats Elite, attend one of our free ID camps and sign up information will on site, as well as program instructors to answer any questions you may have.
MILLRATS ELITE TEAMS:
During the Super Sessions, we will select players who want to participate on competitive teams. These teams will be broken down into separate boys and girls U13, U15, and U17 teams. There will be a separate sign up for those on teams.
The teams will participate in a number of competitive tournaments including such as Summerfest, East Coast Games, and at least one tournament in the US (Manchester, NH or Maine). Other NBL Canada professional teams are developing their own Elite Youth Programs so there is the chance to play against those teams as well.
